Returns & Exchanges for Full-Priced Items

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 4 days of receiving your order.

Note: During peak seasons, promotions, or special circumstances, we may extend this window at our discretion.


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

To ensure the safety and hygiene of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased on sale or using a discount code (final sale).
  • Perfume bottles that are opened or partially used.
  • Items with broken, missing, or tampered packaging.
  • Products returned without original outer box or protective seal.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect:

  1. Take clear photos of the outer packaging before opening.
  2. Photograph the damaged item(s).
  3. Email us at support@atsignatureperfume.com with your order number and the photos attached.

Our team will assess the issue and ensure a prompt solution, whether a replacement or refund.


Photoshoot Usage

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that appear to have been used for photography or display purposes.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please email us at support@atsignatureperfume.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
  • The reason for the return

We aim to respond within 24 business hours. Inquiries received on weekends or public holidays will be answered on the next working day.


Important Notes

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
