    • Non-Returnable Items: Items like perfumes, earrings, and any personalized products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons.
  2. Return Process
    • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will guide you on the return shipping process.
    • Return Shipping Cost: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
  3. Refunds
    • If a refund is requested, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  4. Exchanges
    • If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate the return process first and place a new order for the desired item once your refund is processed.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items
    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item with photos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
